The Pawperty Evaluation Team (P.E.T.) is a skilled, trained and adorably furry squad of canine and feline “consultants” who team up with Key Collaborative real estate agents to evaluate homes from a pet’s unique perspective. These paws-on property pros sniff out the features that truly matter to our furry companions. They consider spacious yards, sun-drenched window perches, cozy corners for napping, and neighborhood’s walkability (or wag-ability!). P.E.T. provides insight only a pet can give, adding an extra layer of warmth and charm to a home’s market appeal. Homes receive a playful-yet-practical report card that highlights a home’s pet-friendliness. These evaluations make listings stand out to potential buyers who consider pets part of the family.
But it doesn’t stop there.
Every time a property evaluated by the Pawperty Evaluation Team closes successfully with a participating Key Collaborative associate, a donation is made to a local animal shelter. These contributions help support food, medical care, and adoption efforts for homeless animals waiting for their forever homes.
