Peter holds many licenses. As an owner and team member, Peter is always available assisting clients and team members. He holds a MA Vocational Instructor Certification in two vocations and currently shares his knowledge and experience with high school students at Wahconah Regional High School in Dalton. He is certified to teach both carpentry and automotive technology and is teaching home improvement and pre engineering classes at Wahconah Regional High School.
Peter also holds a MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and Home Improvement license; and is ASE certified in Automotive. He is personable, conscientious, and flexible and his guidance continues to be priceless for our clients and team members. He is willing to share his knowledge and expertise, but if he doesn’t immediately know the answer, he will know where to find it!
Peter’s real estate career began as an investor in 1987 along side his wife, Nadine. He continues to hold an inactive sell real estate in MA, and encourages Buyers or Sellers to reach out to Nadine or any of the team members.
